HR monitor not working on watch. Tempo run through the snow, v icy in parts so took it slow but after two days rest off running, my legs feeling much better and no shin ill effects.

Previously planning to go around 700mx6 intervals however as warming up left shin very painful again and I didn't want to push it as where I was going was on tarmac for intervals.
Just went on a run around the roads and parks with a few harder sections across soft terrain. L shin becoming increasingly painful though so stopped. Will have a break off running tomorrow.
