Accidentally didn't record gps as using phone bc watch broken atm.

Intervals session 400m hills x6 (jog recovery) and then 4x steep hills w walk recovery.

Absolutely grim weather, chucking it down and tracks flooded but feeling fairly good.

Long run with some hard long intervals in the mix. w/Ruby

vv muddy slip and slide most the way + foggy and dark second half.

L foot didn't go numb- wore different shoes but arch of L foot feeling a bit weird. Good otherwise.

L foot went numb again halfway round run and then explosion of pins and needles, could be to do with shoes or possibly overstriding ??

Long run between lessons. Running in ankle deep snow up the hills was a lot harder than I thought (and icy downhills) but quite nice to get some fresh tracks in the morning as had the valley almost to myself.

Legs a bit sore from yesterday s+c.
Getting numbness and pins and needles in left foot while running??

hopefully getting watch back later on this week
