Hilly long one w/Dad, v muddy and windy over tops but pretty nice.

L foot getting numbness about 5 times in the first half of run and then was fine after, it comes on v quickly and then subsides again w bad pins and needles, nothing painful just v wierd and adjusting my shoe didn’t make a difference.

Also feet rubbing in last km or so
