3km Fairly comfortable hard pace I could maintain for 5km I think as I didn't feel to tired at the end, don't think I pushed too hard but could also be to do with the mass of dodging dog walkers.

Apart from that pretty happy and faster anyway since before injury (oct 3 km TT was 12.20)

Hill steeper towards end so legs were really burning but managed full 5. Think I could have pushed a tad harder from the beginning but still pretty happy.

15 degrees today boiling had a bit of a headache, don't think I drank enough prior.

(default) Wet windy and muddy SLR today with a few waist deep bogs (got a few looks running back through the city)

Pretty fun, enjoyed being out on the moors and feeling really good.

First 6km ish with Mum so that was nice but a tad stop starty.
