On grass today. Everything fast still coming as a shock to the system but consistent splits so that’s good. Even got in a spontaneous hill effort at the end.
Felt like i was lacking in energy round didn’t feel the most alive today. Think I ate well but still felt bad towards the end. Don’t know if that was anything to do with the session, tiredness or food intake
