On grass today. Everything fast still coming as a shock to the system but consistent splits so that’s good. Even got in a spontaneous hill effort at the end.

Felt like i was lacking in energy round didn’t feel the most alive today. Think I ate well but still felt bad towards the end. Don’t know if that was anything to do with the session, tiredness or food intake

Lovely golden hour (not too) long run over burbage, stanage and redmires.

Some terrain intervals over the back of stanage, feeling a lot better in terrain. Finding some of the hills a tad hard at the beginning but loved it on the tops! (think I need to stop pushing myself so hard on my long runs)
