1km reps x5 at graves [3 mins recovery] Pretty good, happy for the first session back. crashed after no3 tho so had longer recovery before 4 + 5 and pace increased. 3.35-3.55 ish splits

Coach says was running the lap around 30 secs faster than in september. wu+wd included

Cut short SLR today.

Completely bonked when I got to the top of the porter valley, feeling massively lacking in energy so had to stop. Had this a few times recently, think it is to do with food.

Enjoyed it while out on the tops though today, pretty windy
