British Middle Champs - 1st W16

Very happy with that run, slightly scrappy first half with a bit of a mistake on #2 and a wierd route to #9 and #5 but second half was all good. Ran pretty hard when I could which was hard in the heat and think I was a bit dehydrated but hey ho it was a good result and i’m happy with that.

Fell on my hip sliding down a bank out on the course and v painful this evening, don’t think it’s anything major just bruising but hurts quite a bit

came 3rd overall on course aswell :)

Keswick Junior sprint selection race - 2nd W16 +40 sec Izzy h

Good fun really enjoyed but lots of people dodging in the centre: Ran past #5 and got to #6 then realised and ran back, probs lost about 45 secs so not great but apart from that was pretty good and could run quite fast

Was pretty nervous at the start couldn’t calm myself down was shaking a bit but i think was probably good in thevend

Had an 8 hour journey from skye this morning, not ideal and was a bit stiff but did good wu.

Big day walking in the cullins today so just did a small run when back :)

Think HR monitor isn't really ever accurate on watch as tried dad's and was completely different. When I put my watch on a run setting my hr automatically spikes without doing anything
