Pretty chilled graves HH session. Lots of good vibes tonight, exams all done and feeling much better cold wise, think that it could have been some type of hayfever

4km ish hilly tempo run in groups, feeling v comfortable and then a short pyramid. Pretty warm tonight again bit enjoyed this, legs also feeling good

Cold got a bit worse today, v bad headache and blocked nose + ears which is weird, feeling pretty bad (confirmed its not covid) so didn't really feel like doing anything today.

On a better note got selected for EYOC :)))

Run up to redmires with Ellen and Rubs followed by a swim which was v much needed in the heat!!!

V beaut day, took it v easy and really nice to get out although elapsed time was 3.5 hours oops (plus swim)

Feeling a bit better today, got a bit of a cold still lingering but doesn't really affect running that much, didn't get much sleep bc of it tho. Got blisters from shoes, x-talons probs not the best for longer runs as quite tight...
