Interland - 2nd W20 after Tille de Smulle
Pretty good run nav wise, bit hesitant on the way to 10 as the dark green rides etc confused me as seemed to carry on, 11 was very concealed in the heather so didn’t hit it straight on and lost a little bit of time. My exit direction out of 14 was really not good but I realised before it became a big issue and recorrected, also the case w exit direction from 13. But in general compass was really good apart from those two blips. The light green on the way to 16 confused me but the rest was pretty clean. Running wise was ok but I had a really bad headache pretty much all the way round, was just a bit dehydrated and I could feel the shins in the first half of the course where a fair amount was flat running and the x talons aren’t great for that but nothing to worry about.

HH session at the legacy park

2 x 1.8km crocodile loops. Fairly comfortable pace in the group but good and consistent

250, 750, 500, 250, 500. with about >60s rest, didn’t properly lap second half of session. Picked up the pace a lot in these as was running with seb jack ollie but felt like I was running well so v happy with that session :)
