WU + 2 x (4,3,2) (1 min recovery) + 2,1,1,1. (30s recovery). WD. Yeah good to get it done helped a lot mentally as work focus slipping today. At new gym had very fancy ellipticals. Kinda wierd I feel like when I’m mid way through the interval only right leg properly working

Leg not sore on this but still sore walking around today

Inflammation of muscles around tibalius anterior probably caused from overdoing some shin exercises and got worse over the weekend from a lot of walking about and just more tightness. Been still painful walking since Sunday but loosened muscle off. XT until walking is completely pain free which I will try and minimise where I can. Bike elliptical etc no pain so that is fine. Don’t really know how long it will take to settle down but at least have a diagnosis now and feel less stressy about it. Not really so worried about fitness as xt should be fine, annoying i cant get out for a run but hopefully should be too long. Just will try and geek more/maps on cross trainer as missing out on the o i had planned for now.
Also probably need to focus on recover a bit more, probably not giving myself enough sleep at the moment as getting up normally early but evenings a bit later, so just a bit compromised

happy I was able to get HR up properly and felt v tired by last set so felt like a session. Nice to stick to weekly routine ish which helping mentally in exams. Leg pretty sore all morning and walking to this but felt a lot better walking back actually and no pain while on elliptical
