A lovely 30 mins up to fave trail in bingham. Stunning day so good vibes. Similar leg feels to yesterday. No pain as such but could feel it.
Felt better walking this morning than yesterday morning so didn’t react from yesterday
hrm chest strap completely broken I think. changed batteries and not helped

Back to last weeks soreness this morning… just quite stiff first thing walking. Will see if it improves throughout tye day. Slept bad last night

So it kinda got better this afternoon still a bit sore but better than thi morning so decided to try a jog again. Felt fine again! Just kept it short as don’t want it to flare up tomorrow or something. Could feel tibalius but was never ‘painful’

Ok feels. Leg actually ok v positive and feeling better today. Feeling quite stiff on run in general but will be a product of not running for a while and leg a tiny bit sore after but subsided very quickly.

Good and tbh quite motivating doing it together hr right up so that’s good.

On a positive note leg SO much better walking around today. Seems walking good for it not the other way around as had a more on feet day yesterday. Physio said it didn’t seem to react from run so can try and build up gradually but monitoring it and making sure calves stay loose etc. defo tibalius issue but soleus a bit sore also which was causing the soreness on the other side but not much to worry about.

Kinda same vibes as yesterday. Good vibes though ish. Wasn’t painful when running, but could definitely feel it, felt a bit unstable. Then was sore again when walking but not got much worse after. Was throbbing a bit after run but then subsided

Was told to test running today to see how it felt as hadn't seen improvement in the past week at all when walking. So strange, after the first few strides when i got to 5 min pace couldn't really feel a thing. outer leg pain gone, felt a bit unstable and stiff but not really pain as such. Then when got off was normally just very painful again when walking and after this. so strange.
Kinda more sore on the inside of the shin calf now than outside when i press it. Going back to physio on Thursday. I guess it’s a positive it didn’t hurt when running
