Pretty varied and some good barriers so really fun stuff. Took a couple of controls to get into it but then pretty good, quite technical but felt controlled and flat I could push hard and no reaction from leg. Did some 200m reps ish along canal after which was nice to get the legs moving

Yay lovely run along the valley. Good vibes from leg. 7x100m grass strides in bingham felt fun. Lovely day also. Realised running so much nicer than elliptical lol so good to hopefully be back. Sprintervals tomorrow.
Will not being doing any super long runs coming back and will keep it like 2 days on and obvs if it gets worse step back but should be sensible

Was planning on session but did 6,2,5 then just was not feeling too good today so just decided not to push it as have a weekend of running pending! So just whacked on a podcast and went easy which was good

Seen physio basically nothing underlying wrong, there was inflammation initially but given running/resting not really making it worse or better and no real pattern to anything, area probably become more sensitised and psychological stuff etc alongside just stressing about it a lot, in exams defo not helping w jwoc looming. So gonna create a plan don’t wanna overload etc so keeping running down but hopefully can break the cycle and start doing some sprintervals etc. bit harder along the road to the car park yesterday at the end which felt good

Just ran round the short green, was a pretty fun area. Nice to get back doing a bit of o.
Could feel leg after about 5 mins to the game be but didn’t get worse at all just low level constant but not really that bad.
