Sheffield city race sprint
Really fun stuff don’t think I’ve run on this area in a sprint. Less good nav today but held it toegtwher ish
Ran to 7 before 1 which to took the right route so lost 20s ish I think overall on 1 when I had worked out when I got to seven and glad I saw the line.

Was quite an intense sprint but nice to have the two running legs in the middle. A few slips of contact in the second half as it was much more an execution Sprint I think. Really fun tho

Stannington sprint
Really fun to run on a new local map and good to be back sprinting!
Pretty decent run apart from not seeing control after bridge and probably could have taken some tighter lines around the corners/grass etc. in the latter sections was confusing with all the passages when running fast so nearly got ahead of myself at a few points and lost contact a couple moments but held it generally together

Good stuff. Chucking it down very much but processes going well and enjoying it. Brambles a bit too much in some place but some really nice clean area aswell.

One week until final exam. Kinda feeling like it’s dragging on a lot now and feeling quite stressed about monday exam which is affecting sleep but hopefully better tonight

Leg all gooood
Route choice course with Dylan then some trains with euan and Dylan But the train was not moving fast on my part

Just taking it easy as legs feeling a bit tired after first session in a while but should be ok to do some more forest a bit harder tomorrow

Chest strap hrm seem to have died recently bc I think it got wet and it’s not sealed properly. Trying to dry it hopefully can use again soon. Watch is okay but was defo wierd at somepoints

Lovely stuff felt pretty good. Not really any response from the leg could feel a couple of time when running faster on the flat but went away so quick. Happy w that and felt pretty decenttt
