Easy run along the river with Agnes. Felt very out of sync, I've got a big knot in my right shoulder/neck and it's tightened up today. Feel a bit out of line. Legs a bit heavy but not too bad. Decided to skip the strideouts. Beaut of an evening along the river, wildlife galore.
