Woke up with a tender shin, it's been fine for a few weeks but reappeared. Bit of self massage and manipulation seemed to help. Can't run my thumb along edge of shin bone, it's just gone tight. Set off and decided to stop if it bothered me. It didn't. Didn't even think about it. Reps were good, felt stronger than last week.
Shin was tender for 30 mins post run, then settled. Messaged Dan for an appointment. Doesn't feel like anything other than fascia type issue.
