| Reg.Ol on Balmberg Pass; very steep and muddy; occasionally over slushy meadows full of holes from cowprints ;-); I have to be way more agressive in the control circle; I feel the lack of O-competitions in the last 3 years. I know I could! Made several dumb mistakes (or the map was not quite right or the control misplaced??), anyway, 2 times things seemed strange once I relocated but found the flag despite everything. But basically, I enjoyed being in the woods and able to orienteer again :-). |

| Run to Bleiki, want to push it and I am appr. 1 min faster up, but slower down und time almost same as a week ago! 41.16 up, 24.24 back down.
Cough and runny nose are still with me, somewhat less but I'm not over the hill yet. Blister still hurts also and I am massaging whole plantar fascia to relieve tight Achilles tendon that hurts since last Sunday. |
