A working day :-(. Run over lunch and go up to Ruedi's Hüttli. It had snowed overnight and trails were slippery. Temps around 36 degrees and balmy for the first time in 3 weeks!
34.31 up and 21.14 back

Run in Bern my regular short Dählhölzli - Aare - animal park-loop. Feel sluggish. Very cold and my muscles don't seem to want to work.

Ski with my brother and my little niece on Hasliberg. A leisurely day in beautiful sunshine!

Teaching Fitness Yoga class, feels good after the festivities

Going down the Aare to the Lake of Thun and the ruins of Wyssenau with my NW group. Crisp and cold.

Before, I was teaching a senior class, mostly weights.
A heavy day with teaching.

Wednesday Dec 26

Run in Bern my short Dählhölzli loop before preparing for the "feast" with Sandra and Marc, my brother Reto and my 7year-old niece.
Feel slow, but time seems not that bad. Cold again and as usual these last few weeks: grey and foggy in these lower elevations and blue and warm above in the mountains!

Ski in Adelboden with my new RTC carving skis! This is "heaven"! I really get it and can carve with these skis! It feels almost addictive. We do some very hard skiing (for my feeling) and quads and knees are feeling it!
Beautiful blue sky and warmish!

Monday Dec 24

Busy day at work and teach class in the morning; go for a quick run; Gnometrail- Sheeptrail - Goldswil and back; feel very stressed and slow, but time is ok.

Teach a strength class with free weights; have lots of people in class as this is the only one I am offering during the Holidays :-)
