Went across Switzerland to ride in this bike-O race, the last one of the season. And I have a cold and runny nose.
The beginning was ok, my leg muscles were kind of tired. Made a route choice mistake to #3 then a big one with too much climb to the second last one :-(. So, I came in only 3rd of 5 women on this course.
After about an hour, I felt like the air went out of me and I had to fight into the finish. Was quite upset about my route choice mistake at the end.
But that happens.

We had a yoga substitute which showed us again what an excellent master-teacher we had. This substitute was not very good and we barely broke a sweat. I could stretch out some of my muscles after the run before which felt good.
