Running 1:36:09 [3] 8.77 km (10:58 / km) +295m 9:23 / km

This morning, Marc's parents picked up Matti and Lena who were staying with us since Tuesday, meaning no time nor energy for a run.
Went with Urs up to La Tour to escape the fog. In gorgeous sunshine and fall colored-woods did a "run" up to the crest and over to top to Les Tablettes and back down to La Tourne where Urs waiting for me sitting in the sunshine.
The woods were very wet and slippery, but the top with its undulating, rocky relief was dry with a great view steeply down into the Val de Travers and over the fog to the Alps.

Running 1:03:05 [3] 7.6 km (8:18 / km) +140m 7:36 / km

Another Tuesday morning routine again because Sandra was going to bring over the kids, this time to stay till Sunday as SaMa were going to fly to South Africa for another "Otter" race.
Urs brought me to the trailhead, I ran the loop and then back home. Felt quite good and was 3 min faster than a week ago.

Note: Sunday, I spent most of the day in bed bc of feeling like I had the flu or something, just no energy to get up at all and a headache and some heartpains (?).
Monday was better still little dizzy but went grocery shopping for an invitation we had Wednesday eve and spending most time around the shopping at Sandra's place to help her getting ready for her trip. Lena had been sick since Sat night and they had to wash several loads of laundry cleaning her bed and clothes (and their own). Lena was still gagging but nothing was left and she just hang around like a ragdoll. Staying with her while folding tons of clothes and sheets.
