Running 48:05 [3] 5.24 km (9:11 / km) +149m 8:02 / km

Finally a pretty good run. Stretched my muscles a lot and it might have helped to "break" the tight tissues.

Running 52:24 [3] 6.12 km (8:34 / km) +57m 8:11 / km

A real slow day, no umph. Did 2x1k on the woodchip track, but did not have any speed in my muscles.

Running 59:35 [3] 7.76 km (7:41 / km) +61m 7:23 / km

A long break since I ran last (Monday); the pains in my back down my legs subsided finally, did stretches which helped and maybe, I was just really, deeply tired. Don't know. So much is always happening: Tuesday, prep for a party in the evening to start of "our lent" with no alcohol, smoking and for me no chocolate, cookies and cakes until Good Friday. We didn't get home until almost 2 am. Then, Wednesday spending some time at SandraMarc's home and had no energy to run afterwards. Thursday, I went to Interlaken to visit with some old-time friends and in the evening to celebrate 4 birthdays in February with another party (for me without alcohol nor cakes nor chocolates which was tough, but I'll get used to it quite soon again).
So, today after coming back and doing some groceries and chores, I picked up Urs at the trainstation in Chambrelien, and I ran home from there which went quite well for a change. Felt much better afterwards.

Running 59:57 [3] 7.15 km (8:23 / km) +67m 8:01 / km

Running before another wave of stormwinds, rain, snow and whatever hit us again. Still very tired muscles.
