After weeding and taking out the last of the begonia bulps in Sandra's garden, running home downhill. Having to rush as I was late.
2 1/2 hrs of yard work does not count for exercise ;-)?? I was definitely having a workout, pulling, hauling and carrying stuff to make the garden winter ready.

A run in the rain and wind (so I opted to avoid the woods bc of a weather warning) before the real storm was supposed to hit. Felt better and with more energy in my muscles than in many weeks. Maybe, maybe, I will finally get over this cold, but mainly the deep cough.
