Slow run/stroll in the woods. Don't know really why I was so slow, felt fine. But getting home only at 2 am didn't help, I assume.
Cold temps and still lots of leaves which covered the wet roots and rocks which probably made me all move slower today as well.
But it was good f me to get out and move.

A friend from Austria was visiting and I showed her around in my new "neighborhood" and we went to the top of the Jura hills, then drove straight down to the lake to show her some of the gorgeous swimming sites.
Very slow hiking with lots of talking and remembering our days/years in the US and where the kids are spread out now after so many years.
Very nice visit.

Run from Sandra and Marc's place after dropping off MattiLena. As I hadn't slept much, it was slow going at the beginning, but it got better the longer I ran. In the woods, on the little trails it was almost dark, so I was slow naturally, twds the end I finally felt better and faster again. Beautiful, warm evening.

Yoga 45:00 [2]

Quite tough with lots of planks w stretched arms and sideways one-armed planck-triangles and more stuff. My wrists were throbbing and thought twds the end that I couldn't hold it anylonger. Ah, the limitations of age: how much to strength train to counter some of those limitations?
For the first time ever, I felt a twinge in both hips on one of those poses as my hip just would not turn in such a way and felt a pain I had never felt before (one-legged twisted dancer w holding the foot w one hand), so I let it be.
Always new challenges, but the stretching, twisting, holding to loosen the connective tissue and torquing felt good after all ;-0/)

The sun pulled me outside, so did an uphill training until Rochefort, then let my wheels guide me in a zig-zaggy way downhill with occasional uphill sections on trails as I was getting cold feet and toes. Fun ride.
