Running 55:55 [3] 5.72 km (9:47 / km) +124m 8:49 / km

Easy jog in the woods where I was protected from our icy wind and freezing temperatures. Tested my SI-joint pain again after 2 days of no activities where it calmed down a little.
Jogging was not too bad, but the trails and uneven ground was not that great. I definitely could not orienteer with my coxxyc pain as it is. But it should improve over time.

Running 59:25 [2] 5.75 km (10:20 / km) +37m 10:01 / km

Tried a run in the cold and was dressed warmly and was comfortable.
Before I went out, I did almost an hour of stretches and calming exercises (while watching the Olympics and our set of medals won by the Swiss). When I started to jog, I noticed that my low back (coxxyx and SI-joint) felt somewhat different and were painful. For the first time, I really felt where the pain was instead of just having a dull pain all over the low back. Eventually, I had to realize that this made no sense and I called Urs to pick me up with the car.
Rats.
Later at home, the pain calmed down pretty quickly, and I was glad.

Running 1:04:21 [2] 6.79 km (9:29 / km) +80m 8:57 / km
ahr:118 max:156

Easy run after dropping off Matti and Lena. I still have problems with my SI-joint due to the fall a week ago. I chose a fairly easy route as it seems to hurt me more on the trails. Nice to run into the night. Cough is mostly gone, but the running nose is still with me.

Went up to La Communal as I was sure the conditions were still good and hoped the area was out of the fog or high clouds. And, actually, I did find some blue sky. Also needed something to boost my confidence a little after Davos. And I could skate through, sometimes coughing when I cut back a little to let the lungs recover. Very nice ski.
