Jogging 17:05 [2] 1.38 km (12:21 / km) +67m 9:56 / km

Warm-up to the start. Boy, did my muscles rebel after not having done anything for 2 weeks!

Orienteering race 52:17 [4] 4.73 km (11:03 / km) +92m 10:04 / km

Tried now a real O-meet as it was still warm in the morning and the woods are so easy to run through. Especially, this forest is usually covered with brambles but now had large fields of soft moss. Did no mistake, but certainly this is far from my normal speed. But still, so happy that I could be out in the woods, find controls and enjoy it at my slower pace. It doesn't seem to hurt my lungs.

Orienteering 54:16 [2] 4.94 km (10:59 / km) +168m 9:23 / km

Instead of staying home all alone and climbing the walls, I decided to go to the Coupe NE, done by our club up in the woods I usually do my rounds. I just wanted to see how I would do with starting to run again and with my lungs. So I took it easy and did the short easy course. It was the best course I had ever done in those woods which has lots of dense sections. I paced myself and enjoyed myself and was quite happy at the end. I didn't seem to cough more at the end or at home, but I needed to go and change right away as I started to freeze quite quickly.
There was a big crowd, too bad, I couldn't chat more.
