Went up to Planeyse where we played frisbee with the grand'kids and Urs lost his real, expensive,bifocal glasses. Searched for them again criss-crossing the grass at low speed and seeing tons of stuff (candy, pins, plastic, wrappers, etc.) but no glasses. One can see on my tracks, I criss-crossed avalanche-searching-style. So, in the end, I must admit that they were not really lost there but someplace entirely different? Hmm.
This took me 28 min before I gave up and started my uphill training. This time, this went much easier all the way up to the castle of Rochefort, then over the high forest ridge and down after Montezillon. I chose again the way through the vineyards as it is so pretty right now with the grapes being almost right to the picking and the leaves still green and the lake a beautiful blue. We still have incredibly beautiful weather and SO warm!

Felt yesterday's strength training, somewhat sore left lower leg from calf raises and right upper arm/shoulder area. Did too much? depends how long it will be sore.
