Did the Friday stretching class as I was still so sore and stiff all over. It felt good, of course, but was also quite tough to get to lengthen my muscles. It was really physical but also a mental training. At home I had to lie down for a nap, I was so beat.

"Light footing" on the bike ;-). I had such sore muscles today from the butt-legs-abs class yesterday, that I decided I should try a little bike riding. It went better and better and I basically did the loop for uphill training from last year. It felt easier than it had ever felt. Am I really getting ready and in shape for next week??
