Strength 'n Stretching 45:00 [2]

Took the Friday stretching class. I hurt a lot, sore muscles all over and I'm pondering has it really been the Wed class or the Mon lifting weights? After I dropped off to a 2-hour nap after lunch, it suddenly hit me: I feel like having the flu! Sure enough, I had a flu shot on Tuesday and I'm a little slow to react? I don't know as this was my first flu shot ever.

After the nap I felt a whole lot better and the muscle ache has disappeared wo taking an ibuprofein which I had planned to.

Tough CAF training, intervall with weights and 11 different stations.

Run home (my watch doesn't work anymore properly), that is, I can start and finish it and it shows the time, distance, but once I hook it onto the computer for downloading, it does not show the training nor does it download. In fact, it deletes the training.)

Started with my set of weight lifting again, easing into it after almost a 2-weeks' break.

Warm-up to the start

Orienteering race 1:06:14 [4] 5.92 km (11:11 / km) +304m 8:54 / km

O-meet of the club for the end of the year followed by annual meeting and potluck.
Long course for me, easy though, but lots of climb and still did 2 mistakes by being too inattentive.

Running 11:20 [2] 0.86 km (13:13 / km)

Back to parking, not all distance recorded.
