Kind of slow jog; my calves still hurt from workout on Wednesday (?) or from classic skiing in heavy snow. Dragging today but good for the mind.
I ran into hunter in full gear in the woods and was very surprised! So I asked them about being "out" of season, but no boar hunting season is from September until the end of February every Saturday! Amazing.
12 degrees out but slightly raining, way too warm.

Quiet, sometimes rainy and windy skiing to clear my head and find my rhythm again. Too bad it started to rain into that beautiful snow we received yesterday.

Strength 'n Stretching 55:00 [3]

CAF class with lots of step for legs and butt; steps doing w little hop-dancing moves. Fun. Finishing w abs. This was more cardio for me (which was good and easy on me) and little strength aspects.

Jogging home from a meeting at Sandra's place. Very nice lighting with clouds, wind and new snow higher up. Lover to go through the vineyards.
