Bike ride with Urs; took the train from Bôle to Fleurier. Followed the mighty Areuse with high water along the Val-de-Travers which was beautiful then over a pass down into the Gorge d'Areuse which was cold and clammy. This being Pentecoste Sunday, lots of people everywhere. Stopped for a coffee and pie at Champs du Moulin then continued down, up and down through Boudry to the lake to warm up and eat our sandwiches. Very enjoyable ride, love to do this one.

Finally had some energy for a jog/run, but it was tough.
My knees did not like standing around for 3-4 hours these past 4 Days (EOC sprint relay, knck-out quali, knock-out finals, individual sprint) the latter two in the rain :-(.
