Riding to town and back from/to piano lesson.
Did not dare to ride into town for another appointment and was disappointed that it stayed dry. This evening I tried and voilĂ  I just got away with it wo being wet. But had to pedal against a fierce north wind on the way in.
Black clouds were looming all around though.

Strength 'n Stretching 1:00:00 [2]

Had PT today and then did the proprioception/balance on the Sensopro (something like Reformer but with elastics) for 2x9 min workouts and a set on leg press and leg extension. Finishing up with elliptical for 10 min.

Monday May 8, 2023 #

Went to my regular gym for a strength workout. Did the elliptical first for 20 min and could push it quite a bit. Nice.
Did legs and only two upper body machines.
