Finally a sunny day! We've had such a wet May, it rained on and off almost every day and everything is either muddy or soaked.
Anyway, I dragged myself outside because it was the only time I had today, and after a difficult start, felt uncoordinated and my knees hurt, that is the fascia and everything as I haven't stretched or done anything to help, but eventually I found some rhythm. Nice to go along the lake again as I haven't done this loop for awhile. On the way back on pavement, I tried some pick-ups going from post to post along the railroad track.
The "piece de resistance" always comes at the end with a very steep uphill, it felt more than the measly 34 m climb ;-)
