Finally some time for a training. Wanted to do my usual going uphill, but the one route in Cormondrèche (near Sandra's) was blocked by travels, then tried the other way going near the forest and it was also blocked by very big construction machinery, so went back down and eventually took the only one in the middle which was very steep, but I made it, but my motivation was kind of in the cellar as time flew by without going anywhere. So went up a little more then decided to turn, took some single trails but over in Bôle my usual route through this village the road was also open and not passable, they had moved their work further into the village so all my usual routes from home going up are blocked. It seems the whole of the Canton is openend up by getting new canalisation, internet cables or simply securing the road from rockfall. It's requiring lots of patience and months of detours everywhere.

Fitness class 1:00:00 [2]

Fitness class with Ski club Chaumont. Quite good today, lots of motions for the vertebrae, isolating certain parts of it (cervical, lumbar, all of it) and then also some cardio which was fun but didn't really challenge me. Ending with balance exercises and final yoga-type motions.
