Was going to do a long ride today but wouldn't be able to shower until 10 at night so I had to go for a really quick one if I wanted a shower (long story...).

Bit tired after the last week so I dropped the pace a little bit.

Quite a long one as the weather was good. I felt great today and rode really solid, not a single mistake. Brought up 8000km on my noble steed's speedo as an added bonus. Thanks for all the good times Mr. Bike =D

Up to the springs and assorted tracks around there. Was intending to ride to the summit but for some reason I felt like I was pushing poo uphill all day. Ran out of juice at the springs so decided to call it a day. Also stuffed up the climb behind phoebes house AGAIN, I must be incompetent as well as unfit at the moment =(

Been sick all weekend so went for a really slow leg stretch to see how I went. Did a mini kenif loop and was coming home when Claire was going the other way so went to the signal station with her as well.

Extendend kenif loop with fun bit behind the uni. Doing endurace type stuff until South Africa so went quite slowly and tried to spin and flow, ended up with a respectable average of 14.8kmph though.
