Nice big ride to stretch the legs. Over Tolmans' up through some new firetrail then the quarry way to Fern Tree, Silver Falls, Road, North South track, The new link track to the Springs, Radfords, Bracken Lane, Bus Stop, via Cyclingo and back home.

Fantastic ride, nice to be back out smashing the climbs again. I am a bit slow on the downhills though, might take a few more rides to find my muse.

Cyclingo group ride. A bit disjointed by several peoples mechanical issues. Ended up doing the Tolman's downhill which is freaking steep and bloody scary. I walked about 100 meters but managed to do the rest.

New hubs have arrived at Cyclingo!

Smashed a quick loop around Mt Nelson between karate and the moofies. The new 20MP time trial course took me 19:55 after not warming up and being tired from karate so I'll hopefully improve a lot on that time.

Ride around the local trails to get some bike time in. I thought I had timed it well and gone between rain showers but ended up getting soaked and doing some aqua training....

I really went riding to test my new bike positioning. I didn't like how high the seat post was so I lowered slowly and ended up back where I started. The saddle setback still requires some more testing before I'll give a verdict.

Big old ride to get my legs moving and my Thailand fat burning. I headed out to do some hill work to try and jump into the deep end and ended up going really well. I managed to get my heart rate to 199 which is the highest I've had it by 13 bpm. Maybe the rest for three weeks helped...

I rode pretty well in the techy stuff and the downhills too, concentrating on flowing around the corners and riding smooth. By the end of the ride though I was getting tired and tagged my rim on a sloppy line through a rock garden. Bad Kenif.

Today marks the first day of my training for the Kellevie six hour, which I have decided to do solo! Prolly going to regret that decision....
