Week 4
Woke up at half 5 this morning and about an hour before alarm. Would be normal time if it wasn’t for the clocks changing. Felt rested enough and went and walked the dogs before the run. Coffee and a slice of banana bread before leaving. No issues on the run so good pre breakfast snack.
Legs felt heavy this morning and took about 4km to get moving better. Loosened off and got turning over smoother. No issues or niggles today. Starving though.
