Week 4

Shocking night sleep with dog up at 2 and struggled to get back to sleep for a while so woke up tired. Opted for a chilled morning before work and ran at 5pm after work. Swiss ball and mat yet to arrive so no S+C session yet. Hoping it comes tomorrow.

First ‘Moderate’ run and enjoyed the session. Uphill to begin with before getting to the Meadows for some flat loops. Swirling wind made pacing feel a little inconsistent but just tried to keep breathing and perceived exertion consistent. Legs felt good throughout and time passed quicker than I thought. Some proper fucking idiots at the Meadows though so don’t think laps there will be a regular fixture. Not good for my zen.

Energy levels pre run felt much better and banana and bar at 3.30 ish which seemed to work well.
