Finally found what I needed to fix the machine. Hopefully, the springs don't stretch out as much or rub on the frame this way. Added a new rope (the old one was already fraying) and shorter/thicker springs. Had to use some ingenuity to connect the new springs, but it seems to be working.

Not sure I like this boxing program. I have trouble keeping up with the combinations which slows me down so I don't get as good of a workout as I feel I should be getting.

Used my new helmet. It is very comfortable compared to the old one. Lots of runners in the bike lane around the lake. Put my seat up a fraction of an inch more. It made a big difference. Also didn't wear the backpack. It was a little more awkward getting to the bike bottle. I don't know if that is because I'm not used to it or not, but I had to stop pedaling to get the water which slowed me down.

Ran on the indoor track at ARC. I felt really good. My pace was a little slower than it could be if I was pushing myself, but I felt like I could have gone a lot farther. Maybe I should push myself to do a 10k in November or December.

I don't like this program because I can't hear the instructor over the music. Not sure I'll keep doing it for this reason. I also don't want to buy a step. Maybe I'll go back to doing 80 Day Obsession after 10 Rounds (boxing).
