Ran on the track while Andrew did his yoga class. Watch says I spent 46 of the 56 minutes at max heart rate. It doesn't feel like I'm at max heart rate, but I suppose I am. After 3.1 miles, I walked 2 laps (approx. 0.2 miles) before starting to run again. Cooled down with one more walking lap and lots of stretching.
