Tried to do another day of boxing, but the footwork was such that I had no idea what I was doing and was just moving around crazy. Not at all a workout. Perhaps I was just not awake enough, but I hated it and switched back to an 80 day obsession class.

Woke up sore from the long run yesterday so I did yoga (yoga for athletes and yin yoga) to stretch it all back out. Going to run or walk again this afternoon so we'll see how it goes. Feeling good rightn ow.

Andrew ended up having no one else in his yoga class so instead of running, I joined him for yoga so he wouldn't be alone.

Used a lot stronger band than the 1st and 2nd time I did this. Shows how much stronger I have gotten this past year.

Ran on the track while Andrew did his yoga class. Watch says I spent 46 of the 56 minutes at max heart rate. It doesn't feel like I'm at max heart rate, but I suppose I am. After 3.1 miles, I walked 2 laps (approx. 0.2 miles) before starting to run again. Cooled down with one more walking lap and lots of stretching.
