8 hours of shoveling/dealing with snow yesterday had me beat. Took today as a rest day to recover.

Note

No workout today because we got over 8 inches of snow at work. Spent 6 hours shoveling snow and an hour on snowshoes making the trails visible. I also spent an hour shoveling out my driveway before leaving for work.
