Not very pleased with time- originally set off to do a 3km time trail but my hips were really tight and just wasn't running very well, so my pacing was off and felt very slow

Intended to do it for 18 min but my hips were not happy after the time trial

Very windy run

Felt fresh- could have gone faster if I didn't take the dog with me (the dog didn't feel like running today so had to pretty much drag him the whole way round!!!)
