Orienteering 1:12:54 [5] 10.6 km (6:53 / km)

Blue course at Baldwin Hill (7.7km, 290m). On the whole an okay run. Lost 7-8mins total in 1-2min mistakes, but was much more positive than in previous races. Got a bit tired toward the end.

Warm up & warm down with Matthias and Will.

Saturday Dec 1, 2001 #

Run 59:03 [3] 8.0 mi (7:23 / mi)

Run around the reservoir (orange) trail on Middlesex Fells with Matthias and Will. Hopping into the sexy bits of the terrain every now and then. Really warm weather.

Run to and from Boston Common and jog back recovery between hills

Intervals 12:00 [5] 2.6 km (4:37 / km)

8x 1min30 hills. Feeling a bit sick after office lunch pizza.

Wednesday Nov 28, 2001 #

Run 44:21 [5] 6.0 mi (7:24 / mi)

Foxdahl intervals (45secs hard/15secs easy) to BU Bridge and back from the office. Worked pretty hard. Was also windy.

Tuesday Nov 27, 2001 #

Run 22:10 [3] 3.0 mi (7:23 / mi)

Run home from work across Longfellow via the video store.

2 x the usual circuit after the run.
