3 sets. Felt stronger than last week and the aches and pains from Sunday have more or less gone (matthias le bon masseur...)

i'm kind of ashamed to call this training, but even an hour's salsa initiation lesson was an effort with my battered body. let's also say i'm not a born dancer.
