Work out made me feel nauseous so I took it easier. I think it was from the near-constant head movement. Will try a different workout category in the future, but still got a decent workout in.

Tried to do a 10-kilometer run, didn't work too well because I forgot to stretch because I am a moron. Muscles didn't feel too good but I still tried to maintain a somewhat okay pace.
