Ran the first 5 km at a pace that slightly strained me, maybe 6/10. Then from 5 km to about 8.5 km, there was some walking and a much easier pace, maybe 4/10 From 8.5 km to 10 km, I started to push how fast I could go and accomplished a time of 3:56.13 for 1 kilometer. Feels good to achieve a goal that I have been working on for a while. Next, I think I am going to try and work on how long I can hold that pace.
