Been to physio. Still no running but definitely on the mend so can try and go for a run in a week depending on how I feel. Need to reign back on the cycling. 4 rides a week, 4 gyms a week, some swimming in the mix probably. Rest today and tomorrow. Definitely no bike for the next few days seeing as I took the front derailer off and then the gear cable broke and now it won't go back together; and they said I should be an engineer...
