Progress. wu, 5x3’ terrain rep (1’ walk), cd. Probably not going very fast through the ‘terrain’ (literally just the tracks) but still more technical than a flat pavement at least. Knee felt amazing. No pain and hardly noticed it, was running with two sprint maps which probably helped take my mind off of it. Just got to see how it feels later on today and tomorrow.

Also trying to break in my VJs so I have a good pair of dobs, been told the blisters happen to everyone but they were pretty good today.
