Hills Galore Decided to throw quite a few hills in this run. Had to warm up for the first bit and a massive downhill didn't help loosening the knees. Felt alright but it's getting there.

Sort of attempted a fast 5k. Didn't warm up fully but still felt fine however the number of times I had to stop or slow down was countless. I mean I shouldn't be surprised by the number of people it is on a Sunday afternoon.
