A bit harder this week, trying to push it further now in these sessions.

Gym 45:31 [3] 0.76 km (59:35 / km)

Sports Scholar Workout
Easier than last week but the intensity was more consistent throughout the session. Quite liking these as they are tougher than what my normal PE lessons would be.

decided to do the 10k loop after school but was held up so had to run most of it in the dark. It was very eventful running across a pitch-black golf course when you need to see the other side of it to know where you are going. Was quite scared running out on my own in the middle of nowhere especially after I saw a small fire in some bushes. Apart from being quite scared running was quite nice in the snow and my legs were feeling fine. Had to stop halfway up the massive hill because my mum rung but all felt good. Not as fast as I'm hoping to get but took it nice and easy today in the pitch-black not wanting to trip.

First time getting back into the wood after a long time. A little bit rusty at keeping track so was quite a bit more stop starty and slower but not really any mistakes. Bit chilly and very muddy, but running was all good. Was a short blue but was surprisingly easy, however not that technical of an area at all.

Warm up/cool downs 6:09 [1] 1.0 km (6:10 / km)
