Absolutely horrible run. Three laps of our playing fields for a 5k time trial / virtual race. The first lap was good, on time for an 18 minute 5k. The second lap was just about a minute slower, not great but going onto the last lap I felt absolutely horrible. 19:43, a very bad time but it's what I should have expected from not racing for over a year and being well out of xc race fitness. Disappointing to say the least.
