Brutally cold and wet morning session. Showed up already not being able to feel my toes or hands even with gloves on. 2x90s 2x60s 2x30s twice so fairly tough. The main problem was the driving sleet and the cold. Couldn't feel my legs because it was so cold which I don't know if it is a good thing when I'm running, do I want to feel the pain? No. But everything else was frozen, including my phone which didn't want to turn on. Quite amusing when Zac decked it going round the corner and took out two people with him but apart from that a pretty horrible morning.

(side note, I worked out how to use the heated seats in our car, big win there)

Easy run in the dark with Zac and Hugo just cruising getting the miles in. Very good chance we can go to worlds because it's top 3 at nationals. Looking forward to next weekend for it.

Really tough run in the dark. 2 miles at 7:00 pace. 2 miles at 6:30 pace and then the final 2 miles at 6:00 mile pace. Felt good and could go quicker but needed to stick on pace. Also running in pitch black (I did bring a head torch this time tho woo go me) and freezing cold.
